Job Search

Right now, I would like to focus on getting a job that will better prepare me for my career after college. I am still not settled on exactly what I want to do so I want to pick something that I could grow to be interested in. I would like to explore the UI/UX design field, as well as UI/UX research too. I think that I am better suited towards research because I am more analytical than creative, but lately design has been growing on me too. I also think that given the scope of my ability, which is at a beginner's level, I should consider an intership in human resources to be more realistic.

UX Design Intern - Oracle

This would be a good beginning job, and one I would feel more comforable applying for, particularly because the job listing states that no experience is required. It seemes like a good job for breaking into the industry and learning new things. I want to learn more about design and innovation and what exactly goes into planning out product designs.

UX Researcher Intern - Discord

This is a good job to start learning about what goes in to research. I will be able to learn about data analysis and interpretation and the intricacies of product implementation. I think this would be a good position for me to gauge whether or not I actually like dealing with statistics as a career.

UX/UI Design Intern - Sponsor A Pet

I think that this would be a good job because it not only allows me to explore what to expect out of a design position, it also lets me help out a good cause. I would like to be a part of a company that makes a bigger impact on the world. I think that a company that deals in helping out animals and potential pets is a good cause to put my efforts into.
